Graduation with min. 55% marks and Degree of B.Ed OR institution except in case of persons working to the posts of Vocational Masters or Vacational Lecturer or Computer Masters or Computer Faculty with teaching experience for a min period of 3 years and Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
