Bachelor Degree and “O” or Higher level certificate OR Computer operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/ Date Preparation and computer softwere (DPCS) certificate OR Degree/Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering OR Degree in any stream of Engineering and Technology OR Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota OR Senior Secondary Certificate with Computer Science/ Computer Application as one of the subjects OR equivalent.
